When will my product arrive?

We aim to despatch all stock items within 48 hours and bespoke items within 10-12 working days from artwork approval.

My product was damaged when it arrived what shall I do?

We are sorry to hear your product is damaged. In these circumstances we ask for you to either return the product to us or we can arrange to collect the damaged goods and we will send you a replacement product or a full refund if you prefer. The goods must be signed for damaged for a claim to be valid.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we do, all orders are quoted pounds sterling, and the price for carriage to UK offshore islands and overseas destinations is available upon request.

Can you deliver to an alternative address to my registered card address?

Yes you can specify a delivery address at the checkout stage.
