Tritel terms & conditions

The following terms & conditions apply to all purchases from the Tritel website. All orders received are subject to these terms and conditions and the placement of the order is your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

On placing your order you will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt of your order including the charges. Validation of your card will be carried out before your order is completed.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. All orders are subject to the supply of your billing address and telephone number which should match the details you have supplied to your bank. Incorrect information may delay or prevent your order being processed. All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT and packaging charges.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be added to your order at the checkout stage

Delivery Times

These times vary for different products. Each product has a delivery schedule in the individual product description. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a stocked item you have ordered you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the product be returned to us in an unspoilt condition and with its despatch note.

If you should receive damaged or defective products please call us on 01444 871188 and we will arrange for collection and credit, exchange or refund the product at no cost to you.

Any non-stocked product cannot be returned once your order has been confirmed.

Inspection of Consignment

Please inspect the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier’s delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier’s note e.g. “damaged in transit” or “2 parcels only received” etc. and refuse delivery of the damaged parcel only. A signature of “received in good condition” may void any subsequent claim for damage in transit.

Please do not accept delivery without checking and sign the carrier’s delivery note “not inspected” or “received unchecked” or “unexamined” etc. as this will not be accepted by the carrier in the event of a claim.

Availability

We endeavour to keep www.tritel.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product we will contact you and offer you a full refund or alternative Product. If we are unable to supply a Product you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.

Secure Site

Our ordering system is totally secure (128 bit high encryption) the little padlock on the bottom of your browser means your details are totally safe, your credit card information is kept secure. If your card is used without authorisation, most card issuers will cover your liability. All orders are checked with the card issuer to ensure the details supplies match their database.
